What if I don’t know exactly what I need?
That’s okay! During your complimentary 30-minute Discovery Call, we will determine your goals and needs, and then discuss solutions.
If it turns out PVG’s services are a good fit for your needs, we’ll start by providing you a high-level strategy. Once that’s clarified, we will reassess your level of support for the implementation of that strategy.
Then, we will meet either weekly or bi-weekly to assess your business needs and progress.
I have a specific need that I don’t see on your “Services” page. Can you still help?
We understand that all business needs are unique, so we’d be happy to explore the unique ways we can support your business. We invite you to reach out with more details about your needs.
We’ll see if the PVG team can help support you, but if not, we can connect you with an expert in PVG’s network who is better equipped to handle your task.
I need help at my physical office. Do you offer that support?
PVG offers on-site support to Virginia Beach-based businesses. This is based on availability and is only possible during our regular business hours of 9am-4pm.
What are your prices?
Our prices are based on the level of service you require. Generally, Online Business Manager services start at $750 for 10 hours of service per month and Virtual Assistant services start at $450 for 10 hours of service per month. We do not offer rollover hours, but generally we book clients fewer hours and utilize overtime (based on our availability).
We do offer hourly as well as one-time pricing (also known as project-pricing) on a case by case basis.
Regardless of which package you’re interested in, we only onboard one new client per month, so reach out as soon as possible to reserve your spot for the following month!
I need to be in regular communication with you. Is that option available?
We are available to support our clients during business hours (9am-4pm EST). If you need support outside of those times, some exceptions are available.

Do you source projects outside of your expertise?
PVG will never transfer client work to someone outside the PVG team without discussing it with our client first.
However, if you have a specific need or would benefit from another provider, we will be the first to let you know.
If you have a need that is outside PVG’s realm of expertise, we are more than happy to recommend the right specialist from our network.
